Delivery times
1–2 business days in major cities, 3–5 days elsewhere. Same-day dispatch for orders before 3pm.
Shipping cost
Flat rate on every order, and free delivery once your basket passes 200 SAR.
14-day returns
Return unworn items in original packaging within 14 days for a full refund or exchange.
How to return an item
- Open My Orders and choose the order you want to return.
- Message our team with the item and reason; we reply within one business day.
- Hand the parcel to our courier and receive your refund within 5 business days.
