How do I pick the right size?
Every product is labelled by age range, from 0-3 months up to 3-4 years. If your little one is between sizes, we recommend going one size up.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 3pm ship the same day. Major cities receive orders in 1-2 business days, other areas in 3-5.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to return unworn items in their original packaging for a refund or exchange.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cards, Apple Pay and cash on delivery. Prices can be displayed in any currency you choose from the header.
How do I track my order?
Open My Orders to see live status, the delivery timeline and your tracking number.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, add a note at checkout and we will wrap your order in recycled pastel paper at no extra cost.
