How do I pick the right size?
Every product is labelled by age range, from 0–3 months up to 3–4 years. If your little one is between sizes, we recommend going one size up.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 3pm ship the same day. Major cities receive orders in 1–2 business days, other areas in 3–5.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to return unworn items in their original packaging for a refund or exchange.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cards, Apple Pay and cash on delivery. Prices can be displayed in any currency you choose from the header.
How do I track my order?
Open My Orders to see live status, the delivery timeline and your tracking number.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, add a note at checkout and we will wrap your order in recycled pastel paper at no extra cost.
